GRAPE VARIETY: 100 % Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello)

VINIFICATION: Vinified 4 years in traditional oak barrels followed by a minimum of 6 months ageing in the bottles.


TASTING NOTES: Intense, bright garnet red, with orange hues. Penetrating, broad bouquet, with memories of cherry, blueberry, currant, hints of spice and bitter almond. Taste dry, warm, Balanced, ample, persistent.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C. We recommend opening the bottle 1-2 hours before consumption.

WINE PAIRING: Grilled meat, spit-roasted, roast, game, braised meat, mature cheese.
