TERREDAGOLI PRESENTS THREE NEW TUSCAN IGT WINES
Cantine Terredagoli is pleased to present its new organic line “Bio” consisting of three IGT Toscana wines that promise a unique oenological experience:
the Red with its notes of red fruits and violets, the White with its ample hint of apple and citrus fruits, and the Rosé with its fruity aroma of cherry and delicate floral notes.
With an environmentally friendly approach and a dedication to quality, Cantine Terredagoli offers its consumers an authentic taste of Tuscany, capturing the essence of the territory in every sip.
I.G.T. TOSCANA ROSATO BIO - ORGANIC
I.G.T. Toscana Rosato Bio is a fine wine obtained from the Sangiovese grape variety.
The grapes are harvested in the first week of October and vinification takes place through cold maceration, soft pressing and controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After bottle ageing at a controlled temperature, this wine presents itself with a delicate cherry pink colour and brilliant violet hues.
The nose reveals intense fruity aromas of cherry, strawberry, blueberry and pomegranate, which blend harmoniously with delicate floral notes. The palate appreciates the good structure, smoothness and persistence of this wine.
Served at 12°C, it is perfect with fried aperitifs, seafood dishes, appetisers, pasta and delicate meat dishes.
I.G.T. TOSCANA WHITE BIO - ORGANIC
I.G.T. Toscana Bianco Bio is a fine wine obtained from the Chardonnay grape variety.
The grapes are harvested at the end of September and the vinification process takes place exclusively in steel. After ageing in the bottle at a controlled temperature, this wine presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
The nose perceives inviting aromas of nectarine, ripe pear and a light citrus scent emerge. The palate appreciates the balance between savouriness and extractive sweetness, giving the wine a harmonious taste profile.
Served at 10°C it is ideal with seafood dishes, delicate aperitifs and cheeses.
I.G.T. TOSCANA ROSSO BIO - ORGANIC
I.G.T. Toscana Rosso Bio, obtained from the Sangiovese grape variety, is a wine that offers an unforgettable experience.
Harvested at the end of September, the grapes undergo an exclusive vinification in steel. After ageing in the bottle at a controlled temperature, this wine has an intense ruby colour and violet hues.
The fruity bouquet evokes blackcurrant, black cherry, liquorice and delicate tobacco notes. The palate appreciates its elegance with ripe red fruit and a full body.
Served at 18-20°C, it pairs perfectly with meats, structured dishes and cheeses.
